THI3 CAU3E having come before the Court on Jantiery 9, 7990 on
the Wife's Exparte Injunction and the Court having heard testimony,
argument of counsel, and having otherwise been fully advised of the
premises, it is hereby -
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Temporary Injunction entered by this Court on ~
' December il, 1989 is hereby continued in €u11 force and effect 7
until further order of this Court. ~ ~

€ 2. The Respondent, DREW E. OLDHAM, shall have reasonable
~ rights of visitation with the parties minor child ASHLEY OLDHAM on ~
~ , ~
~ alternating weekends from on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. ~

~ until 6:00 p.m. During periods of said visitation, the Husband ~

~ shall not con~ume any alcoholic beverages twelve hours before or
~
; during said visitation.

3. The Husband shall pay directly to the Wife the sum of
$75.00 per week for the support and maintenance of the minor child
~ cammencing Friday, January 12, 1990 and continuing on each Friday
~ thereafter until further order of the Court. In the event the
~
~
~ Husband is ever two (2) weeks late in his child support payments,
~ .
