LEGAL. DESCRIPTION PHASE II
A portion of Parcels "A" and "B" of the Plat of PORT ST. LUCIE
SECTION SIXTY-SEVEN, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 28, 28A,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, lying in
Sections 35 and 36, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, 5t. Lucie
County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point being the Southeast corner of said Section
