1. SEPARATION: It shall be lawful tor the Husnand and ~

Wite at all times hereatter to live separate and apart from each ~

other and eacn party shall hereatter be entirely tree from any ;

marital control or authority from the other party as if each were
single and unmarried, and neitner shall, in any way, disturb or
trouble the other, nor interfere with the peace of the other or
seek to compel the other to associate, cohabit or deal with him ~
' or her, not bring any action for the restoration of conjugal

~ ri~hts, nor sue nor molest any other person or persons whatsoever

for receivin~, harborin~, or entertaining him or her. Either the ,

; 2. REAL PROPERTY: That the Husband and Wife hereby '
acknowledge a~oint interest in the following real property:
a. A home located at 810 Streamlet Avenue, Part
St. Lucie, Florida (Lot 18, Block 1221, Section 8) which is
- sun~ect to a tirst mortgage at American Pioneer which is

currently beiny retinanced at ~93,OOU.00. The Husband shall receive
~ all ir~terest in said home and the Wite shall release any and all
~ntec~est she may have in said home and shall convey all her
