the Husvana upun execution of this agreement sub~ect to the

l. The Wife wazves any claim to the use ana/or
possession ot tne above property.
2. The Husband holds the Wife harmless for the
mortyage or any debts secured by said home, se~curing the Wife of
any liabili~y thereon.

insurance for the current and succeeding years.
' 4. The Wife assigns ta the Husband her
interest in the Owner Insurance Policy covering the property.

currenLly seekin~ financing through American Pioneer of an
approximate balance of $43,000.~0. Tne W~fe shall be soley
responsible for the mortgage and financing on said home and shall
hoid tne Husband har,nless therefrom. The Husband shall not make
