to convey all right, tit~e and interest he may have to said
property to the Wite suti~ect to the tollowing:
1. The Husband waives any claim to tne use and/or
possession ot the abov2 property.
2. The Wife holds the Husband harmless for the
mortgage or any debts secured by saic3 home, securing the Wife of
any liability thereon.
3. The i~ife shall pay all taxes and insurance for
the current and succeeding years.
4. The Husband assigns to the Wife any interest he

~ may have in the Owner insurance Policy covering the property.

Court, shall be incorporated by reference in the ~udgment that
