Assigned Mortgage is assigned together with all of Assignor~s interest in the Note 4
secured thereby and other obligatio~ described in said Assigned Mortgage and the mon- }
ies due thereon and to become due thereon with interest from the date hereoi. This
Assi.gnment is not a collateral assignment. but is intended to be and cor~stitute a present
and unconditional asslgnment by Assignor to Assignee.
