in favor oi Assignor, encumbering the property more particularly described therein,
which Mortgage is recot'ded at Oificisl Recot~ds 8ook 631 , page 2973 , oi
the Publie Records oi St. Lucie County, Florida (the ~~Assigned Mortgaged"). 1'he
Assigned Mortgage is assigned together with all of Assignor~s interest in the Note
secured thereby and other obligatior~s described in said Assigned Mortgage and the mom
ies due thereon and to become due thereon with interest irom the date hereof. This
Assignment is not a collateral as'signment, but is inter~ded to be and cor~stitute a present
and unconditional assignment by Assignor to Assignee.
