NOTICE: TNIS RIDER RMENDS A PROVISION TO THE INSTRUMENT ALLOWING
THE MORTGAGEE TG ~EQUIRE PAYMENT OF THE NOTE IN FULL UPON TRANSFER

This Assumptior~ Policy Rider is made this 29TH day of JANUARY
