corporation, ("Mortgagor") is party to that certain Mortgage
dated April 19, 1989, and recorded in O.R. Book 632, pag~ 2992;
Collateral Assignment of Rents and Leases recorded in O.R. Book
633, page 002; CoZlateral Assignment of Agreements of Sale recorded
in O.R. Book 633, page 007; Cross Default Agreement recorded in O.R.
Book 633, page 012; UCC Financing Statement recorded in O.R.
Book 633. page 014; and Agreement and Subordination of Mortgaae ,
recorded in O.R. Book 633, page 018~ all of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Floricia ("collectively referred to as I,
Mortgage"), in tavor of BARNETT BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY~ ;
("Mortgagee"), the premises therein particularly described to ~
secure the aggregate sum of Three Million One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($3,100,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned. ~

corporation, ("Mortgagor") is party to that certain Mortgage
dated April 19, 1989, and recorded in O.R. Book 632, page 2992; i
Collateral Assignment of Rents and Leases recorded in O.R. Book I
633, page 002; Collateral Assignment of Agreements of Sale recorded i
in O.R. Book 633, page 007; Cross Default Agreement recorded in O.R. ~
Book 633, page 012; UCC Financin~ Statement recorded in O.R. ;
Book 633, page 014; and Agreement and Subordination of Mortgage i
recorded in O.R. Book 633, page 018, all of the public records ;
of St. Lucie County. Florida ("collectively referred to as ~
Mortgage"), in favor of BARNETT BANK OF ST. LUCIE COtTNTY,
("Mortgagee"), the premises thereir. particularly described to ,

Dollars ($10.00}, to it paid by the Mortgagor/Assignor, at the
~ time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
~ acknowledged, remises, releases, quit-claims, exonerates and
discharges from the lien and operation of the Mortgages and
Assignment unto the MortgagorJAssignor, its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land be~r,y Fart of the premises
conveyed by the Martgages/Assignment, to-wit:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto
the said Mortgagor/Assignor, its heirs and assigns forever,
freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien
of the Mortgages/Assignment, and every part thereof;
provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall
in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or
encumbrance of the Mortgages/Assignment on the remaining part of
said mortgaged/assigned premises not hereby released therefrom,
or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
