Book 633, page 002; Collateral Assignment of Agreements of Sale recorded iii O.R. Book 633, page 007; Cross Default Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 633, page 012; UCC Financing Statement recorded in O.R. Book 633, page 014; and Agreement and Subordination of Mortuage r~c~zded ii~ C,.R. Booic 633, page 018, all of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida ("collectively referred to as Mortgage"), in favor of BARNETT H~?NK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, ("Mortgagee"), the premises therein particularly described to secu:e the aggregate sum of Three Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,100,OQ0.00), with interest as therein mentioned. Book 633, page Ofl7; Cross Default Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 633, page 012; UCC Financing Statement recorded in O.R. Hook 633, page 014; and Agreement and Subordination of Mortgage recorded in O.R. Book 633, page 018, all of the public records ~ of St. Lucie County, Florida ("collectively referred to as ~ Mortgage"), in favor of BARNETT BANK OF ST.
