20. L~ndK M Po~a~bn. Upon accaleratlon under parayraph 19 or abandonment ot the Propsrty, Lender (dy judicially appointed
receiver) shall be entftled to enter upon, take posaesaion of and mana~e the Property and to coUect ths ronb of the Property inciudiny thoae
past due. Any reMs collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied firot to payment of the costs of mana~ement of the Property and
collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receivera fees, premiuma on receiver's bonda and reaso~able attorneys' fees, and then to
the sums secured by this Securiy Instrument.
