minerals, soil, flowers, shrubs, crops, trees, timber and other
emblemen~s now or hereafter on the property described in
Exhibit "A" a~tached hereto (herein referred to as "Property")
or under or above the same or any part or parcel thereof.
All accounts, contract rights, qoods, inventory,
intangible personal property, licenses, furniture, furnishings,
machinery, apparatus, equipment, fittings, fixtures, and other
personal property whether ackually or constructively attached
to the Propertiy and including all trade, domestic and
ornamental fixtures and articles of personal property of every
kind and na~ure whatsoever now or hereafter located in, upon or ~
~nder the PropQr~y ar any part thereof and used or usable ir.
connection with any present or future operation of the Property
and now owned or hereaftier acquired by Debtor, including, but
without limiting tihe generality of the foregoing, all heating,
air conditiioning, freezing, lighting, laundry, incinerating and
power equipment; engines; pipes, pumps; tianks; motors;
conduits; switchboards; plumbing, lift~ing, cleaning, fire
prevention, fire extinguishing, refrigerating, ventilating and
communications appartus; boilers, ranges, furnaces,
conditiioning appartus; vacuum cleaning systems; elevators,
~scalators; shades; awnings; screens; storm doors and windows;
stioves; wallbeds; refrigerators; at~ached cabinets; partitions;
ducts and compressors; rugs and carpets; draperies; furniture
and furnishings; togetiher with all building materials and
equipment now or hereafter de2ivered to the Property and
intended to be installed tiherein, including but not limitied ro,
lumber, plaster, cement, shingles, roofing, plumbing, fixtures,
pipe, lath, walltile, water heaters, screens, window frames,
~ glass doors, flooring, heating and ventilating appliances and
equipment, kitchen goods, hotel goods, restaurank goods, bar
~ goods, tools, lawn equipment, floor coverings, and eYevators;
together with all proceeds, additions, improvemen~s and
~ accessions thereto and replacements or substitutions thereof.

E hereafter owned by the Debtor which are now or hereafter
! located by, over, and/or upon the Property or any part and
; parcel thereof, and which water system includes all water
mains, service laterals, hydrantis, valves and appurtenances,
and which sewer system includes all sanitary sewer lines,
; including mains, laterals, manholes and appurtenances.

~ now or hereafter owned by Deb~or and which are now or hereafcer
~ located on the Property or any part or parcel thereof.
All of Debtor's right, title and~interesk as lessor in
; and to all leases or rental arrangements of the Property, or
; any patt thereof, heretofore made and entered inta, and in and
to all leases or rental arrangements hereafter made and entered
into by or on behalf of Jebtor, together with all rents and
payments in lieu of rents, ~ogether with any and all guarantees
or such leases or rental arrangementis and including all present
and future security deposits and advance rentals.
All of Debtor's right, title and interest as seller in
and to all agreements far the sale of ~he Property, or any part
thereof, here~ofore made and entered into, and in and to all
sale agreements hereafter macie and entered into, by or on
behalf of Debtor, together with all deposits anc~ gayments ir.
connection therewith, togerher with any and all receivables now
or hereafter due Debtor with respec~ to such agreements.
