(a) the exercise of the right of eminent domain; (b) the
alteration of the grade of any street; or tc) any other injury ~
to~ taking of, or decrease in the value of the Property or
personal property,
All of the right, title and inEerest of the Debtor in and
to all unearned premiums accrued, accruing or to accrue under
any and all insurance policies now or hereafter provided :
pursuant to the terms of security agreements, and all proceeds ~
of sums payable for the loss of or damage to: (a) the Property ~
or personal property; or (b) rents, revenues, income profits or
proceeds from service agreements or contracts, leases,
franchises, concessions or licenses of or on any part of the ~
Property.
All contracts and contract rights and accaunts of Debtor ~
now or hereafter arising from contracts naw or hereafter ~
entered into in connection with deve2~p~er.t, ccnstruction uput;
or operation of the Property, (including without limitation,
all deposits hel~ by or on behalf af the Debtor, all contracts
with buildinq contractors, architects, engineers and others,
and all management, franchise, and ~ervice agreements related
to the business now or hererafter conducted by Debtor on the
Property). ~
All right, title and interest of the Debtor to plans an~ ;
specifications, designs, drawings and other matters prepared '
for any construction on the Property. ~

All of the right, title and interest of the Debtor in and ~
to any trademarks, trade names, names of businesses, or }
fictitious names of any kind used in conjunction with the ~
operation of any business or endeavor located on the Property.
All of Debtor's interest in all utility security deposits
or bonds on the Property or any part or parcel thereof.
I~ All rights of the Debtor as seller or borrower-under any
~ agreement, contract, understanding or arrangement pursuant to
~ which the Debtor has, with the consent of the Secured Party, i
` obtained the agreement of any person to pay or disburse any 1
` money for the Debtor's borrowing on the security of the ~
; Property or any part thereof, including any permanent loan ~
commitment.

All other proprty or rights of the Debtor of any kind or
t character related to the Property and all proceeds and products
f of any of the foreqoing, all of the foregoing including such
