THI5 RIDER SNALL AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT THE MORTGAGE. DEED OF TRUST, TRUST
DEED OR SECURITY DEED ("SECURITY INSTRUMENT") OF THE UNDERSIGNED MORTGAGOR,
TRUSTOR OR GRANTOR ("MORTGAGQR") GIVES TO SECURE THE MORTGAGOR'S LOAN FROM
LENDER (WITH ITS SUCCESSORS A,'VD ASSIGNS, ("MORTGAGEE"), AS FOLLOWS:
9(b) SALE WITHOUT CREDIT APPROVAL.
LENDER SHALL, IF PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND WITH PRIOR
APPROVAL OF THE SECRETARY, REQUIRE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IN FULL
OF ALL THE SUMS SECURED BY THIS SECURITY INSTRtlMENT IF:
(i) ALL OR PART OF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE TRANSFERRED
(OTHER THAAi BY DEVISE OR DESCENT) BY TIiE BORROWER, AND .
(ii) THE PROPERTY IS NOT OCCUPIED BY THE PURCHASER OR GRANTEE
AS HIS OR HER PRIHARY QR SECONDARY RESIDENCE, OR THE
PURCtiASER OR GRANTEE DOES SO OCCUPY THE PROPERTY BUT
HIS OR HER CREDIT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED IN ACCORDANCE
