i, 19. Acceleration; Remedies. I.ender shsll give notice to Borrower prior to acceleration following Borrower's

premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Secunty tnstrument.
2l. Retease. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Eiorrower shalt pay any recordation costs.
22. AKorneys' Fe~s. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shalf include any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
