premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrumerst.
21. Release, Upon paymrnt of all sums socured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall releuse this Sccurity
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security lnstrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall includr any attorneys'
fces awarded by an appellate court.
