A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FINAL MILEAGE RATE
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. On September 9, 2010, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners pursuant to
Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the Board (sitting as the Board of County Commissioners, the Mosquito
Control Board, and Erosion Control Board) held a public hearing to consider adopting the Tentative Millage for
fiscal year 2010-2011 and adopted the Tentative Millage.
2. On September 23, 2010, after notice published in the Tribune on September 19, 2010, the Board
held a Public Hearing and adopted the Final Millage for fiscal year 2010-2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida:
A. The following are hereby adopted as the Final Millage rates for fiscal year 2010-2011:

computed pursuant to Section 200.065(1), Florida Statutes by 2.14%.
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as follows:
