ADJUDGED that the Respondent, DENNIS WILLIA~IS, is guflty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to comply with the lawful orders of this Court ~ ; concerning child support payments in the amour.t~ of $62C.00, amount due as of the ~ ~ date of hearing, and he is ad~udged in conterapt of this Caurt•.and it is ORDERFD AND ADJUDGED that as punishme?1t for his~contempt the Respondent ~ shall be immediately'canfined in the St, Lucie County .Tail, Fort~Pierce, Florida, . for a period of 30 days. The Respondent may purge-himself by paying to the Clerk- ; of Circuit Court of th~s county an or befare hYa incarcerati~n, the sum of ~ $620.00, plus $2.00 statutory fee.~ Upo~1 the failure of the Respondent to make ~ payment ir~ full of the aforesaid amount, you and your duly authorized deputies are therefore and . _ ~ ALL AND.SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS.OF THE STATE OF. FLORIDA are ordered to ~ take into custody the_ above-named Respondent as soon as h~ can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the executian of the ~ abuve ciescribed 3udgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall be promgtl~r notified of his arrest. It is further ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that_-the Clerk of ~'ircuit Court.shall and is hereby € ordered to forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent until the ; above arrearage is pai3 in full to the Department af Health and Rehabilitative _ Services, Child Support F.nforcement ~ection, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, ~ Florida,.32304. The above arrearage payment shall be in addition to the regular ~ support payment hereinbefore ordered~ by this Court and sai~ payment shall ~ - continue. Said regular. support payment shall be sent Uy ehe Clerk of -Circuit ~ Court to the Depa~rment of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice has ~ been or is filed by the Department directing said payment to the custodial parent. ~ Additionally, it is hereby ordered pursuant to Chapter 82-140, Laws of - Florida. (1982) that. ~lie employer of tr.e Respondent sha11 deduct the .sums herein provided on a periodic bas~s from the income due the Respondent and remit :s~me~ after deducting its charge for handling, to the Court Regis~try. Such income i deduction shall not be effective until the Respondent is delinquent in two (2) ~ child support payments and has failed to pay alI arrearages and past public . assistance obligatior~s. Service of this order on the employer by the office of - Child Support Enforcement of the Florida-Department of Health anc~ Rehabilitative Se~-vices shall be p~tima facie evidence that the abov~ conditions have occurred. - _ Upon receipt of this order, the empioyer shall govern himself accordingly an~ i remit payment forthc~ith.
