Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties,.the Court finds that the Respondent had and has had the ability Co comp].y with the order of this Court and failed to do sQ and the Court being.otherwise~fully and well advised in the ~ . premises, it is therefore " . ~ ADJUDGEU that the Responden~, ROGER LEVERN ROBINSON, is guilty o~ ~ willful contempt of this Court for failure to comply wit'~ the lawful orders ef this Court concerning child support payments in the amount of $350.00, amount due ~ as of the date of hearing, and he is ad~udged in contempt of this Court and it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for his contempt the Respondent - shall be immediately confined in the 5t. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period of 30 days. The Respondent nu3y purge himself by paying to the Clerk_ of Circuit Court of this county on or before his incarceration, the sum of ~ $350.00, plus 52.00 statutory fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to.tnake 4 payment in ful~. of the aforesaid amount, you and your duly authorized deputies are f therefore and + ALL ANB_'SINGULAR THE SHERIFFS-OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to take into custody the.above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Flarida, f~r the ex~cution of the abovz described ~udgment and sentence, The Clerk of Circuit Court and this CcL:-t shall be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further ORDERED AND ADJtJDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and is hereby ; ordered r~ forward said arrearage payments received from the Respondent until the ~ above arrparage is paiu in full to the Department of Health and Rehabilitati;?e Sen~ices, Child Support Enforcement S~ction, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, ` Florida, 32304. The above a?-rearage p~yment shall He in addition to the regular supDOrt payment hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payment- shall continue, Said regular support payment shall be spnt by the ~Clerk of Circuit - Court to the Denartment of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice has ~ been or is filed by the Department directing said payment to the custodial.parent. ~ Additionally, it is hereby ~ordered purstsant to Chapter 82-140, Lsws of ~ ' Florida (1982), that ~the employer of. the Respondent shall deduct the sums herein provided on a periodic basis,from the income due the Respondent and remit same, ; after deducting its charge for handlingy to the Court Registry. Such income . ~ deduction sha11 not be effective until the Respondent is delirequent in two (2) x. child support payments and has failed to pay all arrearages and past public ` assistance obligations. Service of t~is order on the em~loyer by tl~e office of ~ Child Support Enforcement of Lhe Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Se n?ices shall be pr~ma facie ev~.dence that the abave conditions have oecurred. - Upon receipt of this order, the employer shall govern himsel.f accordingly and - remit payment forthwith. This income deductian order shall be in addition to, not in lieu of, all other ~emedies provided herein or her~after. ORDERED ANB AD3UDGED that this order of contempt does r_ot annul any prior order(s) of contempt or order(s) relating to supp~rt arrearages.
