~ This cause coming on to be heard upon that portion of the
~ ~ Wife's Amended Petition seeking temporarx relief and the Court

~ having~heard.testimony of the parties herpto and their respective
_ counsel of record, and being fully advi~ed in the premises, it is
~ thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ ,
~ 1. The Husband, Jack L. McGowan, shall remove hi~self
~ from, and vacate the marital home located at 70S South 8th Stre~t,
~ Ft. ~ierce, Florida not later than five o'cZock p.m. on Friday, -
- ~ December 10, 1982, and the Wife, Linda Baker McGowan, shall have
~ ~ the exclusive use and p~ssession thereof,.until further Order of ~
~ this Court. -

~ 2. The Husband shall continue to pay all uti~ity bills, '

f including th~ telephone, and make the nayments on ~he second mortgage

€ ~ for and on the marital residence located at 705 South 8th Street, .
Ft. Pierce, Florida until further Order of this Court.
3. The matter of attorney's fees for counsel of record

~ ~ for the Wife shall be held in abeyance until the time af the final
hearing her~in. = - .
4. The Husband, J3ck L. McGowan, be and he is hereby ~.j

I- enjoined and rzstrained from interfer~ng with, molesting,-telephoning, ~
~ ~ - - i-
annoying, harassing, badgering, and from using physical violence on,
, - the Wife.
