Borrower shall promptly pay, when due, all assessments imposed by the Owners Association or atner governing body oi the Candominium Project (herein "Owners Association") pursuant to the provisions ol the declara- tion, by-laws, code ol ~egulalions or other constituent document of the Condominium Project. 8. H~zard Insunnc~.
