A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE NAME OF THE PETITIONERS FROM
JOHN AND MARY KOVAL TO JOHN AND CAROL KOVAL WITHIN
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION NO. 08-017, ADOPTED ON JUNE
25, 2008, FOR A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR CERTAIN
PROPERTY SITUATE IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, based on the
testimony and evidence, including, but not limited to the staff report, has made
the following determinations:
On June 25, 2008, this Board of Adjustment held a public hearing and voted to
grant a Variance from the Provisions of Section 7.04.01 (Table 7-10), of the
St. Lucie County Land Development Code, to permit continued use of a
swimming pool, fountain and deck that encroach a maximum of 3 feet into
the minimum rear setback of 3 feet required in The Reserve POD 27 - A
Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning District through the Board of
Adjustment Resolution No. 08-017 for the Petitioners, John and Carol Koval.
2. Following the recordation of Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 08-017, staff
determined that there was a scrivener's error in the name of the Petitioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. On June 25, 2008, John and Carol Koval, presented a petition for
a Variance from the Provisions of Section 7.04.01 (Table 7-10), of the
St. Lucie County Land Development Code, to permit continued use of a
swimming pool, fountain and deck that encroaches a maximum of 3 feet
into the minimum rear setback of 3 feet required in The Reserve POD 27
- A Planned Unit Development (PUD) Zoning District on property as
described in Part B:
B. The property on which this variance is being granted is described as
follows:

27 (OR 1441-2028)
LOCATION: 8432 Mui~eld Way, Port St. Lucie 34986
C. All the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise cited in the Board of
Adjustment Resolution No. 08-017, approved on June 25, 2008, are
hereby incorporated by reference in the Board of resolution No. 08-024.
