WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Federal Department of Transportation through a grant award supplementa? letter in the
amount of $463,127.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 21St day of December, 2010, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2010-2011, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
130210-4910-334493-400 Federal Dept of Transportation $463,127
APPROPRIATIONS
130210-4910-582015-400 Council on Aging $463,127
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
