all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
2009.

DESCRIPTION
A 15 foot wide parcel of land which is adjacent and parallel to the Northerly right of way of
Sunshine State Parkway (Turnpike) Feeder Road, being more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 1: A part of the West 146.34 feet of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 34
South, Range 39 East, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North-South quarter Section line with the Northerly
right-of-way line of the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road, which point is 86.61 feet Southerly of
the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 12,
Township 34 South, Range 39 East; thence N45'22'23°E, along the Northerly right-of-way line of
the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road, a distance of 205.62 feet; thence N00'09'43"E, parallel
with the said North-South quarter Section Line, a distance of 21.14 feet; thence S45'22~23"W, a
distance of 205.62 feet to said North-South quarter Section line; thence South along said quarter
Section Line, a distance of 21.14 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Parcel 2: A part of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, being
more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the intersection of the North-South quarter Section line with the Northerly
right-of-way line of the Sunshine State Parkway Feeder Road, which point is 86.61 feet Southerly of
