WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget are anticipated
from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection grant in the amount of $175,000 for Pepper
Park renovations.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of January, 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2010-2011, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
129-7210-334715-7621 Department of Environmental Protection $175,000
APPROPRIATIONS
129-7210-563000-7621 Infrastructure $175,000
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
