5 003, APPROVED ON JANUARY 21, 2011, FOR THE TWO-YEAR
6 STATUTORY EXTENSION PROVIDED BY SENATE BILL 1752 FOR THE
~ PROJECT KNOWN AS ST LUCIE BUSINESS PARK STORAGE.

9 WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has
1o made the following determinations:

1a 1. On January 21, 2011, the Planning and Development Services Director through
13 PDS No. 11-003 approved the request for development order extension in
14 accordance with the provisions of Senate Bill 1752 on behalf of International
15 Airport Business Park of St. Lucie County, LLC.

1~ 2. Part A of PDS No. 11-003 contained the expiration dates related to the
Zs Preliminary and Final Planned Non-Residential Development approval for the
19 project known as St. Lucie Business Park Storage.

a 1 3. Following the recordation of PDS No. 11-003, staff determined that the expiration
22 date cited within that order was in error.

24 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the St. Lucie County Planning and
2 5 Development Services Director for County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:

a~ A. Pursuant to the provisions of the "Jobs for Florida" Bill of 2010, the Preliminary
za and Final Planned Non-Residential Development (PNRD) approval for the
a9 project known as St. Lucie Business Park Storage has been found to be eligible
3 o for and consistent with the provisions contained in Section 46 of SB 1752 such
31 that the approval granted under GM-09-024 subsequent to SB 360 is extended
3 z for two years and is scheduled to expire on e~~^~ ~c+ ~ September 15,
33 2013 shall now expire on , September 15, 2015.

35 B. Except as noted in Part A above, all other terms and provisions of PDS No. 11-
36 003 shall remain in full force and effect.

38 C. This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
