WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District Board budget,
certain funds not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the SFWMD/Indian River
Lagoon License Plant Grant in the amount of $35,234 to be used for the construction of a pump station at
Harbor Branch.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Mosquito Control District board
to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mosquito Control District Board of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
meeting assembled this 22nd day of March 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds
are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2010-2011, and the Mosquito Control District's budget is hereby
amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
145833-6230-534000-600 Other Contractual Services $35,234
