WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available through a donation from the WPSL Christmas Kids of St. Lucie County in the amount of $4,000.
The donation will help 100 St. Lucie County youths to receive American Red Cross Water Safety Lessons
at the St. Lucie County Open Space Pool.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 7~h day of June, 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes,
that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2010-2011, and the County's budget is hereby
amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-7215-366900-7106 Donations $4, 000
APPROPRIATIONS
001-7215-552000-7106 Operating Supplies $4,000
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
