RESOLUTION NO. 11-103
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORDA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION LOCALLY FUNDED AGREEMENT
(# 231440-2-4B-01) FOR MIDWAY ROAD 25T" STREET
TO US1 RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION AND
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY
ATTORNEY TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY
APPROVING IT AS TO FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida,
has made the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County
funding for Midway Road 25th Street to US1 Right of Way Acquisition (# 231440-2-
46-01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Locally
Funded Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the above-
referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Locally Funded Agreement
with the Florida Department of Transportation (# 231440-2-4B-O1) to provide
funding for Midway Road 25th Street to US1 Right of Way Acquisition.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chairperson to execute the above-
referenced agreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the
agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 11-103 was as follows:
