HomeMy WebLinkAbout11-098RESOLUTION NO. 11-098 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Community Affairs through a Department of Emergency Management State Funded Sub-grant Agreement, in the amount of $105,806. The funding from the Emergency Management Preparedness and Assistance Trust Fund Program Base Grant is intended to enhance County's Emergency Management Plans and Programs that are consistent with the State Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and Program (SCEMPP). WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 21th day of June, 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2010-2011, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001446-2510-334202-200 APPROPRIATIONS 001446-2510-541000-200 001446-2510-543000-200 001446-2510-551000-200 001446-2510-552000-200 Dept of Community Affairs-Pub Sfty Communications Utilities Office Supplies Operating Supplies After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Chris Craft, Chairman Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky, Vice Chairman Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson Commissioner Paula Lewis Commissioner Tod Mowery PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 21ST DAY OF JUNE 2011.
