WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from Florida Power & Light, in the amount of $12,000 as additional funding for the Care to Share
Project.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 16th day of August, 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2010-2011, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-6420-366915-600 Florida Power & Light $12,000
APPROPRIATIONS
001-6420-583000-600 Other Grants and Aids $12,000
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
