WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Florida Department of Transportation for the Federal Metropolitan Planning (PL) Funds
in the amount of $354,750.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 20th day of September 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2011-2012, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001518-1540-331130-100 Federal Highway Administration $354,750
APPROPRIATIONS
001518-1540-599330-100 Project Reserves $354,750
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
