AN ORDER GRANTING APPROVAL FOR MINOR
ADJUSTMENT TO A MINOR SITE PLAN KNOWN AS
PERSNICKETY FARMS SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director has
reviewed the request for site plan adjustment submitted by Dean Dekker and made the
following determinations:
1. Dean Dekker requested a Minor Adjustment to a Minor Site Plan known as
Persnickety Farms for 73.13 acres of property located on the west side of Header
Canaf Road, approximately 600 feet north of Okeechobee Road in the AG-5
(Agricultural - 1 du/5 acre) Zoning District.
2. The Environmental Resource Department has reviewed the property owners
request to delete condition of approval number 9 from GM 09-017 for the proposed
project and found it to meet technical requirements of the Land Development Code
and to be consistent with the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan.
3. On December 15, 2009 through GM Order 09-017, the St. Lucie County Planning
and Development Services Director granted approval of this Minor site Plan.
4. The proposed Minor Adjustment to the Minor Site Plan is consistent with the
general purpose, goals, objectives, and standards of the St. Lucie County
Comprehensive Plan and the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
5. The proposed modification will not have an undue adverse effect on adjacent
property, the character of the neighborhood, traffic conditions, parking, utility
facilities, or other matters affecting the public health, safety, and general welfare.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED:
A. Pursuant to Section 11.02.03 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the
proposed Minor Adjustment to Persnickety Farms Minor Site Plan, is hereby
approved by the St. Lucie County Planning and Development Services Director on
November 2, 2011, on the property described below, subject to the following
conditions:
All terms and conditions of GM Order No. 09-017 shall continue to remain in full
force and effect unless otherwise amended as follows:

C. The approvals granted by this administrative order shall expire on November 3,
2013, unless an extension is granted in accordance with the provisions of Section
11.02.06 of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
D. The Minor Adjustment approval granted under this administrative order is
specifically conditioned to the requirement that the petitioner, Dean Dekker,
including any successors in interest, shall obtain all necessary development

permits and construction authorizations from the appropriate State and Federal
regulatory authorities including, but not limited to; the United States Army Corps of
Engineers, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the South
Florida Water Management District, prior to the issuance of any local building
permits of authorizations to commence development activities on the property
described in Part B.
E. This order shall be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
ORDER effective the 2"d day of November, 2011.
