HomeMy WebLinkAbout11-005RESOLUTION NO. 11-005 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection through a Second Amendment, in the amount of $890,00, as funding for the Fort Pierce Shore Protection Project. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 18th day of October 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2011-2012, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUES 184215-3710-334391-3630 Dept of Env Prot-Phys Env $890,000 APPROPRIATIONS 184215-3710-531000-3630 Professional Services $175,000 184215-3710-546340-3630 Maintenance-Beach Renourishment $715,000 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice-Chairman AYE Commissioner Chris Craft AYE Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky AYE Commissioner Paula A.
