HomeMy WebLinkAbout11-196RESOLUTION NO. 11-196 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of $84,352.45 Severe Repetitive Loss grant for 10701 South Ocean Drive. A 10% match of $9,372.49 is required from the property owner. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 20th day of December, 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2011-2012, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 001543-1930-331232-100 001543-1930-366930-100 APPROPRIATIONS 001543-1930-546200-100 001543-1930-549110-100 Emergency Management Contribution from Private Sources Maintenance Improvement Projects General & Administrative Costs After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky, Chairman AYE Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice Chairman AYE Commissioner Chris Craft AYE Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 20TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2011. $84,352.45 $ 9,372.49 $90, 744.94 $ 2,980.00 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ST LUCIF, EO N Il~ BY' CHAI AN APPROVED AS TO CORRECTNESS AND FORM: 1 ~~ COUNTY ATTOR
