WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available in the form of a Capital Improvement Revenue Note, Series 2011 in the amount of $10,330,000.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 20th day of December, 2011, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2011-2012, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
129-9950-571100-800 Principal Notes $10,238,000
129-9950-572100-800 Interest Notes $46,916
129-9950-573100-800 Additional Expense Bonds $45,084
