RESOLUTION NO. 12-034
A RESOLUTION OF THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SITTING AS THE COMMISSION
OF THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT,
AUTHORIZING THE CORRECTION OF THE SCRIVENER'S
ERROR FOR THE WASTEWATER UTILITY RATES, FEES AND
CHARGES FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE ST. LUCIE
COUNTY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 04-023, (the "District Ordinance") the
St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners ("Board") created the St. Lucie
County Water and Sewer District ("District") for the purpose of providing water,
wastewater, and reclaimed water service within the boundaries of the District; and
WHEREAS, on June 1, 2010, in Resolution No. 10-149, the Board, sitting as the
Commission of the St. Lucie County Water and Sewer District ("Commission")
established the existing water, wastewater and reuse utility rates, fees and charges for the
utility services furnished to the customers of the District ("2010 Rate Resolution"); and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, sitting as the Commission of the St. Lucie
County Water and Sewer District:
Section 1. ADOPTION OF THE CORRECTED 2010 RATE SCHEDULE
FOR THE DISTRICT. The wastewater corrections to the 2010 Rate Schedule, setting
forth the rates, fees and charges for customers within the St. Lucie County Water and
Sewer District to be serviced by the District utility system is hereby adopted.
Section 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall become effective upon

Section 3. ADOPTION. After motion and second, the vote on this Resolution
was as follows:
