HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-044RESOLUTION NO. 12-044 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, as a Florida Boating Improvement Program Grant in the amount of $62,997, as funding for the County to promote boater education. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
