A RESOLUTION AMENDING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT RESOLUTION
NO. 12-002 TO INCLUDE THE SPECIFIC DIMENSIONAL
ENCROACHMENTS, ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 22, 2012, FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FL.
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie County, Florida, made the following
determinations:
1. On February 22, 2012, this Board held a public hearing and approved the
variance petition of Thomas Corbett, on behalf of Harbor Community Bank
from the provisions of Sections 7.06.02(b)(1)(j) and 7.09.04(B)(1), of the St.
Lucie County Land Development Code.
2. Following the recordation of Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 12-002, staff
determined that the dimensional encroachments were not provided in the
resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Adjustment of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The approved dimensional encroachments on the site plan are as follows:
1. A 1.5 foot encroachment for the required 10 foot wide vehicle queuing
areas as stated in Section 7.06.02(b)(1)(j) of the St. Lucie County Land
Development Code.
2. A 6 foot encroachment into the required 10 foot wide landscape buffer
adjacent to the vehicular storage area along the north property line as
stated in Section 7.09.04(B)(1) of the St. Lucie County Land Development
Code.
B. All the terms, findings, and conditions otherwise citied in Board of Adjustment
Resolution No. 12-002, approved on February 22, 2012, are hereby incorporated
by reference in Board of Adjustment Resolution No 12-004.
C. A copy of this resolution shall be retained in the petition file with the St. Lucie
County Planning and Development Services Director.
