WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from the Department of State Division of Elections in the amount of $29,565.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 5th day of June, 2012, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2011-2012, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:
REVENUE
001-8191-335190-800 Department of State Shared-Elections $29,565
APPROPRIATIONS
001-8191-599080-800 Supervisor of Elections $29,565
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:

Commissioner Paula Lewis, Vice Chair AYE
Commissioner Chris Craft AYE
Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE
