WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds
not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the GASS Real Estate Holdings,
LLC Docking Facility, as a donation in the amount of $2,000, as funding for the St. Lucie County Mosquito
Control and Coastal Management Services' Oyster Reef Restoration Program.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting
assembled this 19t" day of June 2012, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2011-2012, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended
as follows:
REVENUES
184-3710-366930-39008 Contributions from Private Sources $2,000
APPROPRIATIONS
184-3710-552000-39008 Operating Supplies $2,000
