HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-104RESOLUTION NO. 12-104 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available from the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management in the amount of $4,748,516 to improve drainage within Indian River Estates. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 19th day of June, 2012, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2011-2012, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUE 102113-3725-331394-093600 APPROPRIATIONS 102113-3725-563000-093600 102113-3725-549110-093600 Emergency Management Infrastructure General & Administrative Charges After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: Commissioner Tod Mowery, Chairman AYE Commissioner Paula Lewis, Vice Chair AYE Commissioner Chris Craft AYE Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED THIS 19TH DAY OF JUNE 2012.
