WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
available from Charles E. Ray in the amount of $250. The funding is for improvements at Pepper Park,
and will be utilized to provide a new bike rack.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida, in meeting assembled this 17th day of July, 2012, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2011-2012, and the County's budget
is hereby amended as follows:

APPROPRIATIONS
001-7215-551200-700 Equipment < $1000 $250
After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows:
