The granting of the requested administrative relief arises from conditions that are unique and peculiar to the land and building involved and the particular physical surroundings and topographical condition of the specific property involved that would result in unnecessary hardship to the owner if the provisions of this Code are literally enforced; 8. The granting of the requested administrative relief would not impair or otherwise injure adjacent property owners or improvements in the area in which the subject property is located; C. The granting of the requested administrative relief allows for the sales of outdoor products business to operate at 6251 N US 1 with 5 parking spaces, the proposed administrative relief is the minimum needed to make possible the reasonable use of the land and existing building; D. The requested variance meets the general spirit and intent of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code and the St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan.
