A RESOLUTION TO SUNSETTHE HONORARY RECOGNITION COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners ofSt. Lucie County, Florida, has made the following
determinations:
1. On December 13, 1988, the Board adopted Resolution No. 88-206 which authorized the
creation of an Honorary Recognition Committee and established its duties and functions.
2. On April 7, 1992, the Board adopted Resolution No. 92-108 which amended the duties and
functions of the Honorary Recognition Committee.
3. The Board now wishes to exercise its right to sunset the Honorary Recognition Committee.
4. The Committee has not met in many years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida:
A. The Honorary Recognition Committee is hereby sunsetted.
After motion and second, the vote on this resolution was as follows:

Commissioner Paula A. Lewis AYE
Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson AYE
Commissioner Chris Craft AYE
