A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the
following determinations:
1. On September 6, 2012, after TRIM notices were mailed to all property owners pursuant
to Section 200.069, Florida Statutes, the Board (sitting as the Board of County Commissioners, the
Mosquito Control Board, and Erosion Control Board) held a public hearing to consider adopting the
Tentative Budget for fiscal year 2012-2013 and adopted the Tentative Budget.
2. On September 20, 2012, after notice published in the Tribune on September 16, 2012,
the Board held a Public Hearing and adopted the Final Budget for fiscal year 2012-2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida:
A. The following is hereby adopted as the Final Budget for fiscal year 2012-2013:
