A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FLORDA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION SUPPLEMNTAL NO. 1 TO 7OINT
PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (# 425969-1-94-01) FOR
TAYLOR CREEK DREDGING PHASE 2 AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING IT AS TO
FORM AN D CORRECTN ESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has I,,
made the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the County
funding for Taylor Creek Dredging Phase 2 (#425969-1-94-01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Supplemental
No. 1 to Joint Participation Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation
for the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of St. Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Supplemental No. 1 to Joint
Participation Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (#425969-1-94-
O1) to provide funding for Taylor Creek Dredging Phase 2.
2. The Board hereby authorizes and Chairperson to execute the above-
referenced agreement and further authorizes the County Attorney to execute the
agreement by approving it as to form and correctness.
After motion and second, the vote on Resolution 12-160 was as follows:
