HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-006 EDRESOLUTION NO. 12-006 WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Erosion District's Budget, certain funds not anticipated at the time of the budget have become available from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, through its partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, as a grant in the amount of $60,000, as funding for the County to construct two patch artificial reefs by deploying artificial reef materials at the permitted 'Offshore' artificial reef site and the 'North County Near Shore Site' artificial reef site. WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the St. Lucie County Erosion District to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Erosion District of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this 16th day of October 2012, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2012-2013, and the Erosion District's budget is hereby amended as follows: REVENUES APPROPRIATIONS 184108-3710-331391-39003 US Dept of Interior-Fish&Wildlife $60,000 After motion and second the vote on this resolution was as follows: 184108-3710-534000-39003 Commissioner Frannie Hutchinson, Chair Commissioner Tod Mowery, Vice-Chairman Commissioner Chris Craft Commissioner Chris Dzadovsky Commissioner Paula A.
