QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this e~- day of ~~ Q~~~ , 2005,
between the SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, a public
corporation of the State of Florida, with its principal office at 3301 Gun Club Road, West
Palm Beach, Florida 33406 and whose mailing address. is Post Office Box 24680, West
Palm Beach, Florida 33416-4680, Palm Beach County, hereinafter referred to as
Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations, received from St. Lucie County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose address is 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982, St. Lucie
County, hereinafter referred to as Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does remise, release and quitclaim unto said
Grantee, its successors and assigns forever the following described land, situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
The sole intent and purpose of this instrument is to convey any interest the grantor may
have in the herein described property by reason of that certain Warranty Deed recorded in
Official Records Book 2221, page 1362, and by reason of that certain Quitclaim Deed
recorded in Official Records Book 2221, page 1365, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said Grantor, either in law or in equity, to the
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said Grantee, its successors and assigns
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the South Florida Water Management District has
caused these presents to be executed in its name and its official seal affixed hereto by
its Governing Board, acting by the Chair of said Board and attested by its Secretary, at
West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, State of Florida.
