A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,

THIS EASEMENT, made this 29'h day of May, 2012, by RODERICK D. BENNETT AND
BARBARA M. BENNETT, his wife, whose address is 2016 Juanita Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL
34946-1 345, hereinafter referred to as GRANTOR, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Political
Subdivision of the State of Florida, 2300 Virginia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter
referred to as GRANTEE.

That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ~ ~ ~r acid other valuable
considerations paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto
the Grantee, its successors and assigns a Permanent Slope Easement for the purpose of constructing
a sidewalk on Juanita Avenue and harmonizing the ground surface urea within this Easement. Such
harmonizing shall consist of excavation or placement of fill material, and the maintenance thereof in,
over, under, upon and through the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida:
An easement for slope construction purpose over, and across a parcel of land lying in
Section 33 Township 34 South, Range 40 East and also being a port of Lot 8, Block 21 of
Paradise Park, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 17, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; said easement being more particularly described as follows:
The South 10.00' of the following described parcel of land as recorded in ORB 816, Page
2161 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 8, Block 21 of Paradise Pnrk as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 17 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. Said easement containing 600 square feet more or less.
AND
An easement for slope construction purpose over, and across n parcel of land lying in
Section 33 Township 34 South, Range 40 East and also being a part of Lot 7, Block 21 of
Paradise Park, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 17, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; said easement being more particularly described ns follows:
The South 5.00' of the following described parcel of land as recorded in ORB 816, Page
2161 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 7, Block 21 of Paradise Park as Recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 17 of the Public Records
